ProAVTechstore - through its parent React Audiovisual Systems in conjunction with PNTG offers Managed Audiovisual Service and Support Plans, which include US-based phone support (including remote support), assistance with manufacturer’s warranty replacement or repair if required during the warranty period(s), and on-site support in the event an issue cannot be resolved remotely. As part of the Service Agreement, a Primary Point of Contact for Technical support will be assigned, along with access to our web support portal. Standard plans offer 3 years of white glove support.
